Catoctin Creek Rabble Rouser

To celebrate Catoctin Creek's tenth anniversary, they released Rabble Rouser. Bottled in Bond and distilled from 100% rye mash, the Rabble Rouser differs from its cousin, Roundstone Rye, in that it is distilled at a lower proof, allowing lots of earthy goodness from the grain to come through in the spirit, for a fuller flavour. Their oldest offering to date.

Tasting notes: nectarines, clover honey, deep earthy spice, forest, sandalwood, cigar tobacco, uncured bacon, a hint of mesquite, white peaches and peanuts. 750ml, 50% Alc./Vol.
